I tried getting support from the app, didn’t work, I called customer service and it was a machine speaking which told me they don’t help with old accounts, then i tried to call that same number back twice and it wouldn’t even pick up, then I tried calling the store, another machine, and i kept trying to prove it was me by verifying the link in my phone, didn’t work cus the link only took me to a blank screen, then the machine hung up on me. I’m starting to second guess Verizon, i’m most likely going to find a new company, this one’s terrible at helping customers who aren’t right in their face.Edit: To the response, i’m not dying to hear all that. Your customer service is terrible, among the worst i’ve dealt with period, not just phone wise. Don’t get me wrong, the staff in the store were helpful, but as far as your “app” and “customer service line” they might as well be run by a 5 year old.
