They keep putting my packages in different mailboxes. It's been 3 times they've done this, the first two I was lucky enough to get them. I called about my third package and they said they will put it in the correct mailbox on that day but they never did. I'm not the only one who's had this problem, there are a lot of others with missing mail and it gets into other people's mailbox. I'm just afraid my packages will get stolen because of negligence.

Why would the packages be marked as "delivered" online, yet have a status of "out for delivery" when you call the customer service center? Recipients rely on these alerts to plan for reception of the items, and to verify their goods have not vanished. It takes 10 minutes of difficult menu navigation to even check with the customer service center, so a much better option would be to maintain an honest, truthful accounting of the location of packages, regardless of which tracking service the customer queries.

The employees have always been extra nice, patient, and organized. This particular post office has always been my favorite one. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who has yet to go to stop by whether it's to buy stamps are to mail a letter. They provide some of the best service you'll get out of Rome or Floyd county. I just wanted to take the time to let each of the employees who work here, know what a wonderful job they each do and it is definitely noticed. I would like to tell others who haven't been at this location to give it a try. It's the only one I do business at because of the years of excellent customer service I've received throughout the years.

Here we are once again waiting on a package that should have been delivered friday! Oh look it's 7:45 PM and still nothing. Wosrt post office I have ever dealt with. Rude employees and drivers who dont give a damn that you have very fragile items coming in! COMPLETELY PATHETIC

I go there every month. I mail something to Calhoun and it's always there in 3 days which I think is good.

This is the second time in a month that they have just past my mailbox when the red arm is up. I really rely on these people to deliver things that are of importance. Please stop passing my mailbox up when the arm is up. There is a reason for it being up. I guess we will see if they get it today.

I'm very disappointed once again my package was thrown on ground and not left in mailbox and I wanna know why? I'm sure you would not want your mail delivered like this, very pissed off!!!!
