“My name is Jeremy Spangelo and Ihad a tune up done at pep boys on Nov 2nd. Still had a check engine light on for a week due to their code reader not working. Took it to them again a few days later and code was cleared. Check engine light came back on Monday. So I took my 2020 Dodge Ram hemi to Andys Garage. They did a very detailed diagnostic test which cost about $150 ( kinda pricey but totally worth it since they have great equipment). Stacey was a huge help and I was quoted $7,900 for the to replace my hydraulic lifters and cam shaft.....which is actually a pretty intense and time consuming job. So they kept my truck for a week and Stacey offered to give me a loaner vehicle which I respectfully declined since I could drive my wife's care. Parts were a little over $3000 and labor was a little over $4000. It took about a week due to the mechanic(s) taking there time and making sure that everything was done right (also imcluded was the wait time for the parts that they needed to complete the job right the first time instead of trying to do a rush job...( much respect for the mechanics being so passionate, diligent and knowledgeable). I couldn't pay the whole balance at once so Stacey helped me get qualified for a payment option which will definitely help due to currently being a one income household. Stacey was extremely nice,sweet and very sincere about everything that was going on not only with my truck but with my personal life. I got to pick my truck up after it was fixed and not even a half mile down the road, my check engine light came back on( was a knock sensor) so I called Stacey and she had me bring it back and she kept apologizing (she also showed me pics of the mechanic working on my truck and how much had to be taken out....long tedious job). So Stacey got me a loaner and stayed last the closimg time to get me situated,for a few day since it was on a Friday when I picked my truck up. (Closed on weekends which I completely understand) Stacey calls mw at work to inform me that my truck is fixed and I didnt have to pay anything extra because the maintenance is under warranty. If I could give 5,000 stars I would and I definitely recommend Andys Garage. FYI $7900 was the cheapest quote I could find....not only in Rome but also in Cartersville, Adairsville, Calhoun and as far south as Marietta. Dodge dealership quoted me almost $13,000. So in closing I gotta say a humongous THANK YOU TO STACEY, GEORGE and to the mechanic(s) who worked on my Truck. At almost 130,000 miles.....Black Beauty (my truck) is running like a brand new Truck. Just to show that I am not a bot, Georgia beat Georgia tech 16 to 9. They also offer military discounts.Thanks again for taking the time and making sure that my truck was fixed and running smoothly again.
