The overnight drop-box allowed him to drop off the car at his convenience. The diagnostic list was ready within a couple hours of the shop opening on his appointment day (Tuesday). We were able to review the list, they ordered the parts, and the car was ready on Thursday. The work needed was extensive & they got it done more quickly than I expected. My son is so happy with how smoothly the car runs now!”

“If I could give you 10 stars Eric, I would.Great communication, excellent work.I was referred to Eric by another mechanic to look at my transmission. While replacing my transmission he noticed my barrens needed replacing, so we scheduled the repairs. I picked up my car and wow! What a difference! The noise is gone and my car drove so much better. I could even hear myself talk. .I've had several other mechanics work on my car and at no time did they think to check my barrens. In one year, I had 2 sets of front brakes put on, new tires and had it aligned and I still had loud tires.
