As with many thrift stores these days, tidiness of stock on display seems to be an afterthought if a thought at all.Be prepared to hunt, dig, lift, carry, and move items as you search for your treasure.Speaking of which I found 2 nice Le Creuset pieces for under $5 total on my last visit! Keep your eyes peeled is my best advice.Staff were courteous though not bothered about serving a customer with used crumpled tissues on the check out counter (Left by who? Used for what?)

Where is customer service anymore? The person that answered the phone had absolutely no customer service skills. Please train people to be polite and use common courtesy when talking to people.

Great deals on clothes. Not much in the way of furniture or books. 10% off on Wednesdays.

I know this is a thrift store so I don't expect much in the way of organization, but... It is difficult to browse what they have due to how it is set up. That is trivial, my one star is due to the rude Woman working the front counter that huffed and puffed the entire time she was checking me out. No customer service skills WHATSOEVER. Almost lost a sale due to making NO attempt to rectify the situation. Charge me one price and then another Woman comes up and says it's another price. Not a good look. I won't be coming back anytime soon.
