This place is a hidden gem in Rome! They’ve got a huge selection of kids/juniors/ womens/mens clothes, shoes, accessories, prom and formal, and so much more. The owner is a sweetheart and pours her heart into this business and it shows!

Visited Smarty Pants 1st time on Saturday, found several items some were new, large variety and prices very reasonable. I will definitely re-visit?
