I arrived unannounced and in 15 minutes this kind gentleman had repaired her splint so we were set for a vacation Monday. I paid him gladly several times what he asked. “My husband and I visited this store last night. We had never been here before, nor familiar with the store. They had an awesome selection for both men and women. We felt the pricing was also very fair. We bought 3 pairs of shoes for under $50! I love the way the shoes are all nicely packed in black paper. Very appealing and classy. Our only negative feedback is of the 3 ladies working there, not one employee spoke with us or asked if they could assist in any way. Not even a hello. Instead they were complaining about how a newer recent hire employee was getting paid a little more than they were. Not appropriate work place discussion in front of customers. There was a stack of boxed shoes in front of a mirror. I moved them over temporarily, so I could look at the shoes in the mirror that I was considering purchasing. At that time one employee did come over and simply said. "Let me move those". I told her I can move them back when I am finished. She moved them aside. I even said you guys have the cutest shoes. Nothing. That would have been the perfect opportunity for her to have asked if I found everything I needed, etc. The employee helping me upon checkout was a little bit more cordial. We will definitely come back, simply for the price, quality and selection. However, it would be nice for employees to be a tad more friendly. Thank you.”

“Seems like a great group of kids...but could use some training...when I asked where the small shirts and sweats were for 5 to 6 year old boys...they said sure and pointed to the back of the store.When I found something for my little nephew...I went up to pay. Very polite at register though”

“I'm so happy I found this place. I live about 50 miles away and made a special trip to bring my shoes to have heels out in them.The only shoe repair store in my area is ridiculously expensive. I had two pair of pumps re-heeled for $10.00 each which is less than I would have had to pay for one pair at the repair shop in my area.I took the shoes in and was told I could return in an hour to pick them up. I was flabbergasted! If I had taken them to the shop in my area, I would have had to leave them for at least two days.I highly recommend this repair shop if you are budget conscious as I am. It was worth the drive for me!”
