Sam's always has everything I need & then some. I overspend in here every time. I love to buy in bulk so I don't have to go back for a while. The service is always great & so are the prices. Sometimes, you get items cheaper by checking out on your phone (their app). They had something for kids in the parking lot for Xmas. Not sire how long they will be doing it.

Sam's Club has just about anything you'd want or need for day to day living. Every time I visit, they have exactly what I need, in abundance. Highly recommended!

This review is for the tire and battery service department. The staff working at the tire and battery (on 11-5-23) were AMAZING. I had the misfortune of my battery dying in their lot AND THEY WERE SO HELPFUL!!! I WILL becoming here for any future tire or battery services AND cannot thank the staff enough for being so patient and again INCREDIBLY helpful. Jeremy and another longer haired young man (I am so sorry for forgetting the name) DESERVE ? A ? RAISE ?.I would absolutely recommend them 10 times over and give more stars if I could. Thank you so much

Scott, who is in charge of the tire and auto department, put off our family from ever shopping at Sam’s again. We took a battery that has a 3 year warranty after it died 3 times yesterday and would not hold a charge. After testing with his new machine, he denied a refund or replacement based on it outputting 50% higher than it was supposed to at maximum…when asked why it’s outputting that much when it’s supposedly healthy he didn’t have an answer and refused to use another one of his machines that are on hand. We will never shop there again.

I only basically use Sam’s because they’re the lowest priced bakery with decent treats and selections. Customer service has always been impeccable. Generally, I call those sweet ladies & I couldn’t care less about what color border they use on my cake, etc. Yet, they are always super nice and patient, and although I’ve ordered cakes for an array of different occasions and quantities, the quality has always been the same- great! Thanks, y’all! And I’m sorry for never having a care and not knowing what needs to be done. In the spring, I ordered a going away cake for a family at church who were relocating. People are still asking and talking about the Succulents in blue with the Bible verse that Sam’s made! Thanks y’all!!

I love shopping here, never had any issues before, but lately the last couple of rotisserie chickens we have bought have been questionably cooked. I usually shred chicken and saute with seasoning but this time was way worse than before, I could see the pink bloody juices flowing. Not sure if cooking practices have changed but not ok.

Sam's club as a store is great but I went in and got one of there hotdogs after shopping and to this day it was one of the worst decisions I've made in years. I never have a problem parking. I make sure I go before 5 pm. They have a wide selection. I'm usually their for the Rosteserie Chicken. They are the best. I get my bottled Water, Toilet Paper and other Produce here. They need to have more samples available so we can try something new. The store is always clean.

Worst Sam’s Club experience I have ever had. I have been shopping at Sam’s Club for years and never had an issue like this. I was literally standing in the doorway at 8:00pm and remembered I forgot one item and asked the guy could I grab it, he basically pushed me out the door and literally closed the door in my face and ignored me while I was standing directly In front of him( eye-eye) level. I have always respected my elders but this man was the rudest and disrespectful man I have met in a long time. When I shop, I don’t only want good prices, I also expect a good shopping environment. He ruined it. Worst Sam’s Club Experience Ever!!! I know this is not what Sam Walton visioned when he started this!

Great customer service at the tire department. I would've gave it 5 star's if they had a place to sit while waiting on your service. You just have to walk around the store while waiting.

I like Sam's Club. I used to shop at another national membership warehouse chain until their prices weren't competitive. Sam's Club still sells quality products for great prices. I can find everything I want at Sam's. I scan the products as I shop and pay with my card on file at the express checkout without waiting in line. What a great system.
