The majority of the cooler section has been out of order more than once in the past few months. This is very disappointing considering the fact that you pay a membership fee to shop here. I pay that membership fee primarily to have access to the things that are sold in the cooler section of Sam’s Club, and items from the cooler section are typically 80% of my total purchase when I make a trip to Sam’s Club. I hope Sam’s Club finds a permanent solution to this problem very soon so its patrons can enjoy the shopping experienced they pay their membership fee for to buy in bulk, be accommodated, and enjoy all sections of the Club accordingly. I do recommend trying the sushi. The California crunch roll is great.

Seriously, no milk. How does a store the size of Sam’s run out of milk. This is a basic staple. Is the issue with the buyer(s) or logistics? Well, at least the refrigeration seems to be working. I’ve been to the Rome store several times over the last couple of months where they have not had refrigerated items. This is the closest Sam’s to me, which is 45 minutes away. Would be very helpful if this info was shared on their website.
Let’s review a couple of matters with the cafe. This store just can’t seem to get it together when it comes to their yogurt machine. Absolutely ridiculous. Replace the existing unit or take the yogurt off of your cafe menu! Why are the lights off and folks in closing mode before the posted closing time? Folks wanting to leave early? This is not an anomaly, happens frequently.
This Rome Sam’s club must be the worst one ever! I seriously wish we had a Costco in the area. I guess I should just drive the extra 1/2 hour to Costco.
My membership is up for renewal in September…that’s not going to happen. I’m tired of paying for the nonsense.

I love to buy in bulk and the prices are pretty good but what I hate is when they move stuff around. Everything stocked up great variety.
Stuff going up.

I like shopping at Sam's Club. People are nice and make every effort to offer good customer service and satisfaction. Wal-Mart still is rude and poor attitude, but Sam's Club is great. Who knew?

Over the las 6 weeks I have not been able to purchase products that I would find in refrigerated sections. Items like milk, yogurt, eggs, meat, some bread items etc… what a hassle! I drive 70 miles round trip to be told to come back in a couple of days and the problem should be fixed. I asked if someone would call me when they restocked. No call from anyone. The management team has not shown me any customer service. I purchased a membership that I have not been able to use as I was promised. Very disappointed with Sam’s and I’m glad my membership expires in July!
