I really liked the way this company works. I am in Houston. I contacted them by email and showed them photos of what I needed. They responded to me shortly with photos, part numbers and measurements so I could verify what I needed. All of this was on Thursday and today, Saturday, I received the shipment. Thank you very much Kristin for your help.

Spoke with Shana about a discontinued wiper motor. She was able to find a upgraded same fit wiper motor for us. Two months of searching and she had in stock. Great folks to deal with.

I searched for WEEKS for wiper pivots for my motorhome. The manufacturer was no help. There was almost nothing listed on the wiper assembly to identify it. I was referred to Rome Truck Parts by another supplier that couldn't help me. I called Rome, got someone on the phone in the first ring, and they took the little information I had on an adjacent part. They immediately identified the parts I needed. Took my order over the phone and shipped priority UPS that night. Can't say enough about them other than I wish I'd called them a month ago and saved myself all the frustration.

RV-ers out there.. you may need these people one day.. They deal in windshield washer parts, and we're referred to us by the parts dept. by Lazy Days in Tampa, FL .Our wiper blades quit on I95 in FL during a downpour. Luckily we were able to limp our way to the rv park.. The hubby diagnosed the problem. It was the windshield wiper motor on a 1993 Winnebago Vectra. He made 7 phone calls to different places trying to find the right replacement part. SEVEN! B4 he called Lazy Days who referred us to Rome. Helped by Rome's Doris, and Kurt, they not only found a replacement part, but sent a schematic (diagram of installation). Doris aired it to us the next day. Kurt took his time with Mike thru the wiring process, and said to call back if any problems. There were none. The wiring and installation went smoothly. These special people saved the rest of our trip...LITERALLY. Rome deals in Windshield washer parts from Sprague, but more importantly, they have wonderful people who have knowledge. Would not hesitate to deal with them if ever needed again, and Highly Recommend.

My windshield wiper mechanism broke in a major storm on interstate 87 NY. My RV parts are not manufactured anymore so I called rometruckparts and Kristen knew exactly what part I needed and had it sent to a campground in 3 business days where I installed it within 2hrs. Was a perfect fit.Thank you for saving my family on our 2020 summer vacation!

They found a hard to find part I needed but would take weeks to fill order. In the meantime I had to leave card info to order it but would not be charged until part was available and I was to be notified to make sure money WAS AVAILABLE!!! I was not notified and was charged an insufficient charge by bank along with part. I called and they said no notes on any such agreement. THIS IS A VERY VERY BAD PURCHASING EXPERIENCE!! GET AGREEMENT IN WRITING!!
