Workers are getting negative reviews removed and leaving ones that they post THEMSELVES, boosting their rating. They are claiming that reviewers are not in their database, however they are only saying this to look better to outsiders. People are missing hundreds and thousands of dollars this year because of the negligence of the staff members here. CON ARTISTS. SCAMMERS. FRAUD.

So I previously went to professional tax and services in Rockmart and had a hard time about coming about my taxes. Never heard anything back it had been a whole month and was very displeased. So after all that unprofessional work that they had. I ended up going here. Now let me tell you what my guy NI-US here did for me. After dropping off my tax returns. Within 24 hours he called me back and said this is what your going to get. Not only did he get me more back it was in a quick and timely matter. I would highly recommend these very professional guys to anyone.

Nius is so friendly, I hate to give them one star BUT I have been waiting on a tax return for over six months and I keep getting the same answer each time I ask for the status of my refund... IF they even answer the phone or call back.

It's a shame that 5 stars is all I can give. I came here with hopes of getting 4plus years of my taxes in order, even had them fix and get things straight from my old preparer. Nius got me right and he's a huge help and brought a piece of mind to my family and I. This place is the best!!!!

Been unable to get ahold of anybody. Every time we come to the office no one is there several messages were left no one has answered. Who do I get in contact with about our taxes ? It says it’s been sent out.
