Some of the rudest people in Rome. Could care less to listen to your order and if you try to correct your order the attitude that you get is through the roof. It is your fault that you want what you want and not what they type. When I corrected the order at the window, they confidently gave me the old one and proceeded to roll their eyes and shake their heads when I didn’t pull off and waited to get the 3pc combos I was trying to order from the start. Didn’t know it was that hard to listen

Chicken was way expensive and not much food to fill you up.The guy at the drive thru sucked as an employee and human being,very rude and short answers like he wanted to get me outta there.My family and me will never go back again.KFC is the best chicken in town, that's my preference now.

I ordered food on the mobile app for pick up at the drive thru. I get to the restaurant and they tell me that they gave my food to a door dash driver. I didn't order through door dash. They refused to remake it and told me to call door dash. Again I didn't order on door dash so I don't have a number to call. And the dasher doesn't have an address to deliver it too.The two employees were very rude and was getting an attitude with me when they're the ones who messed up. I will not be going back.

Everytime I order from this Popeyes store they always mess up my order there is always a item missing.today it was my Mac and cheese and when I called the store to request the number of the store to do my survey on line the manager was very nasty and told me to look it up on line.

Walked up at 11am on a Tuesday to find the doors locked. Ok, fine.. are you really a restaurant when your employees are hiding in the back while your customers are going elsewhere and spending their money? It's a joke.. they're supposed to be open at 10am. You have FAILED as a restaurant. Managers need to be fired and replaced with COMPETENT people who are professionals. You can't make ANY money when you're closed! Where are the owners?

Just 2 people working in this popeye's,you have to order then you have to pull around ND wait for those sane 2 person to prepare your order. 9 out of 10 times you don't get spicy chicken even if you tell them to make sure it's spicy. Real poor service don't recommend coming here....

Awful customer service to third party delivery drivers. Horrible communication skills throughout employees and to customer. Just came up to the register and stared at me with no greeting whatsoever. Inability to correctly follow third party order instructions without being told half the order is missing. Rude and intentionally slow when corrected and obviously miserable employees that should stay at home if they can't work in a customer service oriented job.
