The two ladies who were there didn’t know what they were doing. Went in to switch over they couldn’t give me a round about number on how much it would be they were too busy drinking their iced coffees and playing on their phones to type in the information on the computer kinda rude. Honestly just decided to go with cricket because they were of no help. Wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to go there. Hopefully this helps in the future for anyone else.

As soon as I walked into the store they welcome me even though they were busy. Very professional they got me and out within 30mins that's setting up 3 devices will definitely recommend this store

I got a iPhone from this store and I can’t even get service without using my WiFi at home I have ask metro to unlock my phone so I can go to a different phone service but they will not even tho I have no service... I do not recommend metro

I got a new phone on my birthday March 9th. I got the ZTE Zmax pro when they put the tempered glass they didn't clean the phone and it has all kings of specks and debris under it and they refused to fix it. She told me that I could get a new one for $20 or I would have to use it the way it is. 😡
