I purchased 2 phones at this location last Friday. We haven't even had the phones for one week. The guy was supper sweet but after getting home we were unable to access our voicemails. It keeps saying that we are not calling from a network device on either phone. The store is trying to charge us $25.00 a piece to get phones that actually work activated when we were sold phones that don't work correctly. The 2 females in the store didn't try to wave the fees considering we have had these phones less then a week. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Metro or any other carrier ever. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS BUT IT WONT LET ME.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This store is awful and refused service to me because I have a few different accounts where I came and left a few times because I found better deals but always came back to metro...because of that they said I look suspicious and refused me service...it doesn't matter how many times I've came and gone of I have money to spend that's my right to phone service...so unprofessional and can't hardly understand their language as well I do not recommend this store! Not only this situation but I bought a phone in this same store and they tried to say it didn't come from that store but yet I had my receipt on the phone and it clearly is a Metro phone lol wow so unprofessional

Brand new phone, glitches, cuts off by itself. Went back the next day couldn't get full refund. Service sucks and zeeeshh didn't even ask for my rate plan I wanted, 8 digit code. Called to complain and NOTHING!!!

The chick behind the counter named manda has got a mouth on her and she took information from a lady about getting approved for the ebb program without the lady having any kind of ID to show proof of who she was except the ladies ebt food stamp card, which is illegal, then got upset with me because she was talking at me like I was a child, and when I got an attitude back she threatened to call the law on me, I had my password correct but this girl had me jumping through hoops just to prove to her that they were entering my password wrong and was trying to make me look like bo bo the clown, it all changed when it was you not typing in the correct spelling!!!!!Yall need to screen your potential employees better and show /teach them respect for themselves and others!!The other young lady that was there was very patient and professional, not manda!!!!

Sorriest service at the location on Shorter. They tell you one thing and then act as if they have no clue what you are talking about when it's repeated back over the next few days. Major rip off....was told to add two lines to my account ($120 unlimited for 4 lines) and then take off the two old lines. While in the store I was told it was going to cost around $150. I told them I had been told $108 three days earlier, but whatever. Got to the check out part and she then added I could add 2 phone cases for $10. Well, of course, seemed great at the time. I checked out and was told make sure to come back Saturday after Christmas to remove the other 2 lines to continue my service at be the same cost of $120 per month. In my haste I didn't look at my receipt until today. I should have paid around $102 for the phones and activation. I was sold the 2 phone cases at regular price instead of the $10 like I was told. Going into the store to make my complaint, all they could say was oh well, what do you want me to do? Someone was going to give me 2 cases as gifts but since they weren$10 supposedly, I went ahead and paid. I told them they need to ring up the cases, minus the $10 and give me my money back. They refuse to, even tried hiding their names, especially Veronica, and upon calling the store manager, he said I am more than welcome to come to Douglasville to discuss the matter because he has no clue when he will be in Rome. The service at this location is very disgusting, unprofessional and does not do justice for the other locations in the Rome area. Lies are constantly told, then it's like they get amnesia about what was said and who said it.
