I dropped the Benz off for a routine service, a back up light and a tiny bit of electronic work. $250 later and all is well. I used to sell the Benz's when the warranty expired but now that I know Matt Loyd's Auto Service can handle Mercedes repairs I can hold on to them longer. Thanks Guys!!!

Great work at a reasonable and fair price. Matt was very transparent with me and did not try oversell the issue that my truck had. It's nice to see a mechanic shop that is doing honest work and not taking advantage people. Highly recommend Matt Lloyd's. You won't be disappointed.

My wife's 2015 Kia optima had a blown engine, I took it to Matt Loyd's and he diagnosed the car but before giving me a quote they actually discovered that the car was covered under an extended warranty and provided me with the details and people to contact regarding that. In the end my wife's car had the motor replaced completely for free!

This one of sev on carfax and BBB, ect Gave great review to begin with but not so happy 2 mths later. First time in for repair cost $1400. Over period of two months went back in for repair several more times , oil leak and cylinder misfire were some of fixes during these times but main issue was coolant leak. I had invested $600 in repair 2 years ago at dif shop same issue. The day I picked up car having $1400 done the engine light came on within 3 hours. Could not do anything after hours or weekend. Next time in shop cost $700. Within week had same issue, back in shop , worker took me to work but kept car sometimes extra day so I missed work. This repair was no charge. But then next repair was to replace radiator and assured that was issue. But then within week to two weeks back into shop, could not find leak but had taken alternator off saying it was the thermostat housing, so kept it overnight to check for cold leak, bingo but cost would be $1500 to change all hoses. Was told highly advised needed timing belt ect..I stopped repairs because high mileage and felt this repair taking everything apart should have been first thing done to begin with. I now have car with same issue but over $2100 in loan payment.. it was leaking more now then previously, friendly shop but ((dont feel I was done correctly))..or who or how to correct it at this point. Excuse or explanation is it has too high mileage and too many hoses, reg and turbo to fix issue..I paid them i guess to tell me that after several bandaid repairs.. I now caution anyone for ANYWHERE you take your car.,Service: General repairs & maintenance
