They mixed the wrong color paint and did replace the gallon with the correct shade. I was thankful for that.
I bought a new roller (should I have had to?) and when I got home I realized it was in the wrong box (rough/semi-rough vs smooth/semi smooth). So I guess the moral of the story is: make sure the paint you requested is actually the correct title and make sure that anything you pick up belongs in that bin. Don’t trust their work or organizational skills.

Do not like Lowe's. People are unfriendly and not knowledgeable. Could definitely use some training from Home Depot!

Prices are really high, more than home Depot. Store was clean and there were lota of people there. I would recommend going somewhere else for cheaper home improvement items though:)

When closing down the floral and garden center, no one makes an announcement. When you are shopping and have a buggy Full of goodies, the cashier just disappears. The doors are locked and no announcement is made for a warning. You're stuck in the garden center with no way to Cash out. It's very poor customer service. To leave customers stranded in the garden center without making announcement before locking things up.

Went in to purchase a chest freezer. After waiting about 10 minutes, we found an employee who was on a mission to drop off equipment. She came back, helped us with what we needed. We asked it to be unboxed. She had to bring it out herself with no one to help her, even though there were able young men in the store. Two men who were going into the store (customers) put the freezer in the truck. Not a good look.

We always shop at Lowe's, partially because they do give veterans a discount on purchases. I'm disappointed to find they don't on appliance purchase. We did get a new washing machine... even without the discount, I will continue to shop there because we've never had any issues with past purchases.

Review:
As a person with a disability, I expect basic accommodations in public spaces. Unfortunately, my recent visit to West Rome Lowe's left me frustrated. Despite requesting assistance and a motorized cart, neither the manager nor the young manager took action. Navigating the store's lumber department took an exhausting 35 minutes. It's disheartening to feel neglected and marginalized. I urge Lowe's to prioritize accessibility and sensitivity training for staff.

Came in not long before closing time and could not find what we were looking for, but Alan(Rome, Ga. location) went out of his way and went above and beyond to help us with a smile on his face! Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

I gave it 1 star because you have no option for zero stars. I went into this store to buy a Washing Machine. Everything was great at that moment, they were going to deliver it the following Monday. However, then the order was canceled (for no reason) the reason that the Manager Mike gave me was it was not in stock. However upon checking it was in stock. He stated he would have his sales rep call me back to reprocess the order.. this did not happen. I waited 3 hours before calling back to speak with Mike I was told he was at lunch and his employee decided to tell me that it was Saturday and they were super busy and I needed to be patient. Totally upset me because they would not have had to deal with me if they had nor canceled my order. To this day neither Mike or his salesperson has returned my call. I will be shopping at Home Depot from now on...
