I highly recommend Lincare of Rome, Ga for all of your medical needs. As a caregiver for my mother, I know all too well the importance of a local company. Everyone that I have dealt with at Lincare has been professional, courteous and helpful. For at home INR testing, respiratory supplies for nebulizer, at home oxygen and medical supplies! Candy, Raven and Shea go above and beyond. Juan delivered the oxygen and was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He answered all of our questions and really provided helpful information.

Absolutely worthless company. Will not allow wrong supplies shipments to be returned in store (when they're the ones who made the mistakes/wrong shipment). Then when they don't give you helpful instruction in terms of swapping out your supplies wrongly shipped, for the correct equipment, they stiff you with the bill anyway. Their automated answering service makes it almost impossible to get a human being on the phone to answer your questions or concerns. Customer Service is non-existent within this company. 5 THUMBS DOWN!!!

Under new management THANK GOODNESS! GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY!I had given up dealing with them and then my concentrator broke so I had to call them - my experience from old them to new them was the DIFFERENCE between NIGHT AND DAY … the new manager even researched my chart and came prepared to teach and deliver everything I needed. The service was amazing. I will gladly continue giving them my business.

Lincare Rome staff will not return phone calls and repeated requests by another Lincare office to contact me. No customer service at all. It's been almost 4 months since I needed supplies and no call back yet. I would rate them lower but 1 star is the lowest rating. Find another location to patronize if you choose to do business with Lincare. Since I cannot respond to their response another way, I have added this to my review. Anyone can see their response. Not any apology or any call to try to rectify their complete lack of customer service. Do business with them at your own risk.

I have waited over four months for my initial order to start because this company is in my network. I gave up and went back to paying a substantial co-pay for my "out of network"provider that I wanted leave.When I called, it was always that "we don't have orders/RX from your doctor." Yes, you have received this information months ago!!!!I had to have my supplies!!! DO NOT waste your time trying to work with this company.

Lincare is ridiculous, Amanda is extremely rude, and doesn’t even need to be there; she doesn’t exert any kind of customer service whatsoever. And the supervisor is just as worse. They have a new crew up there, and they will let you die, and they stated, it’s a waiting list to get a cpap machine, after I stated that I stop breathing 177 @ night, she didn’t even care, Amanda nor the supervisor was even concerned. Wow!! They don’t care about anybody’s well being at all. If you want to be treated right, someone to be helpful, and to meet your needs under any circumstances, LINCARE IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. The new crew is awful, and rude. And you will be put on a waiting list forever. BEWARE!! I’m saving you the trouble.

My father was on Medicare we were locked in to Lincare for 5 years. We would order supplies to be delivered to their home and they would never show up. I finally would call in supply order for me to pick up. Most of the time it wasn t pulled when I got there. Poor customer service.

I saw the negative reviews and thought, it can be that bad. Trust me its way worse. I have no idea how they stay in business if they are this horrible at keeping people equipped with the supplies they need. If I had a severe illness I would be dead a long time ago. Stay away from Lincare!

My wife needed a nubulater so we went though lancare, every thing was fine getting it, the lady said it would be 1.80 a month for 13 months so we told her we would just pay the 13 months and be done with it , she said Medicare would not let them do that, so she needed a credit card number and we did, bad mistake, first month 12 dollars second month 14 dollars my wife spent hours listening to music trying to talk with someone, finally had to call credit card and cancel them, the only reason I give a one star is because they wasn’t any zero star up there, please listen to me before you make a big mistake like we did

I only gave them 1 star because there was no option for zero. My wife needs a high flo oxygen concentrator and we can't get them to bring one. They say that they don't have one available right now. I guess she's not suppose to breathe in the meantime. We would've gone elsewhere but that's who she has to use with her insurance. Pitiful!!!

Lincare was recommended through the hospital. My husband passed away on a Saturday, I called Lincare on the following Monday to have everything picked up. They said they would "put in a ticket". I called again on Friday and asked for the status of this. Now it's a different month. I did not want to be charged for a new month. They said no ticket had been entered but she would call and get it picked up that day. The following Tuesday I called and asked for the status. No record of either of my phone calls. I reminded them that if this was a ploy to bill me for another month, it was illegal. She said she would put in a ticket. 30 minutes later I received a phone call telling me it would be picked up the following day, Wednesday. Well guess what - no contact from them and Wednesday evening is here. The hospital bed and wheel chair will not be placed on the front lawn and be decorated for Halloween.
