Manager is useless! No help whatsoever when we had a problem at the ATM. I get they don’t have control over it but we waited by the machine as we were told to do while they retrieved the manager to see if he could direct us on what to do next and he just walks right by leaving us standing there and said nothing!! Where was he headed but over to Starbucks and totally just ignored us. We will never step foot in this place again!!

Unfriendly cashier @ customer service @1:14pm today… just so she knows when someone says to you “ have a nice day” it’s nice to respond in kind - not ignoring the person entirely..(V)….

I love the one in Rome Ga because where i live in Cedartown, the kroger there is so outdated, and they constantly have expired dairy. The selections of things are few, and produce is often bad.

I like Krogers wish they had more organic items, and definitely more cashiers I don't like self checkout. If I was getting a discount for doing a job someone had oky, I also believe store should pay taxes and social security on these machines.

Zero electric scooter for customers. They all were dead and not plugged in. Im on crutches therefore I had to go to Publix. Not happy.

Terrible. Ordered a product after receptionist told me by phone they had it in stock. I could tell she was just making guesses and really wasn't too much into really checking things out for me. I asked to speak to produce, but she took it upon herself to answer instead and make guesses. I told her I had to travel an hour to get to the store. Ten minutes from the store, I told the app that I was on my way the next morning and then got a call that they didn't have the product - I paid for- in stock. Two hour round trip for nothing. A stupid computer system in my opinion. Needless to say, I'm done with Kroger.
