Not a fan! After filing my own taxes for over 5 years I took a chance and went with Jackson Hewitt and my experience wasn’t so good. Always had a hard time getting in touch with my tax advisor, my return wasn’t detailed enough to my liking and their fee for filing my taxes with them were outrageous! Definitely would not recommend this company to my friends.

Jackson and he has the most wonderful service I've ever had they take the time to actually make sure they get everything right in your tax return they go over to everything with you step by step if there's something you don't like they will fix it they are wonderful they are awesome I highly recommend anyone go to Jackson Hewitt especially the one on Martha Berry

The women of the Rome Ga office were so inviting made you feel like an old friend right when you walk through the door. Explained everything to me very thoroughly and even taught me a bunch of new stuff about the tax process. Definitely going back

Decided to use this business for the first time last year. The woman that assisted me rushed through the whole process and really didn't explain anything. I was charged $781 to have my taxes filed through them. And the Serve card my taxes were put on charged hidden fees/charges that did not show up on statements. When I called JH ,I had to make an appointment with a woman at the local Walmart since the office closed early before the tax season was over to have her give me a quote to amend my taxes since the 1st lady screwed up so bad. She wanted to charge a ridiculous amount so I told her "no I will go somewhere else ". SHE FILED THEM ANYWAY! I guess to get her cut. And to beat it all, several months later I get a letter in the mail saying they did not process my state return and now I owe for penalties.

Samantha has helped my whole family and some of my friends, including myself, with getting as much back as we can! She makes everything stress free and so easy! She was also helpful in telling us how to best be prepared for next year! We will definitely be using Samantha from now on! :)
