Had a flat tire at 5:40 and was told when I arrived at Goodyear that they turned all the pumps off already and there was nothing they could do for me. They said I could leave my truck there overnight and they'd look at it on Monday......I'm so sorry you may have to work until your actual closing time to help someone out. What a horrible experience. Never going here again. Took my truck to Discount Tire and they fixed the flat for free and were very helpful.

Very fast and friendly folks here. They go the extra mile to make sure you get the best deal and exactly what you need no more. I refuse to go anywhere else in Rome but to see Daniel and Warren. Good job guys we’ll see you next time.

I pulled up at 530 with a battery light on. Turns out I needed new belts and a new battery. They went out of their way to get me back in my car the same night, going to get the belts and staying open later to get everything installed and making sure it was all running correctly when I left. I appreciate them!

These awesome folks became my heroes a recent trip to Rome. My air conditioning started making some terrifying noises, and I wasn't sure if my car was safe to start my two day drive home. Although their schedule was packed for the day, they found a way to fit my car in, found an easy fix, and only charged me for their time/labor - they even topped off all my fluids and checked my tires before I hit the road. I so appreciated their kind, trustworthy manner!

I carried my car, a 2005 CDillac , into this company to have brake pads. The man was very nice and I was told needed whole brake job, the car never had a problem just needed pads. $755 worth. Then man came out and said my brake line was ruined and needed to be replaced, really? Okay, another $650 . Drove so-so going home, drove to church the next day , as I was leaving to back out of space, I had no brakes, at all. It shot backwards across lot, I threw it in park and shut it down. If someone had been behind me I would have killed them and also had bad collision. Called them next day, they kept for a couple of weeks , did some things to it and I retrieved car. The next time I was out it began vibrating and shaking so I couldn't hold in road. Returned it, again . This time they kept couple of weeks, guess what , same thing. This time they told me they had no idea and to take it somewhere else to be fixed. There was nothing wrong with it , before, it never shook or vibrated. Now it's parked I'm afraid to drive it and after paying them I can't afford to take it to someone else. Anyone else with similar issues?

Couldn’t afford the tires that I desperately needed. So the employees started me a Acima credit card. Got outta there with 4 new tires and an alignment for a 1.04$. Thankfully I was approved for the card.

Tired to start my car this morning, battery sounded sluggish. Went straight to Goodyear in Rome, Ga he tested the battery got it replaced in about 30mins. Thank you
