While visiting this store ---Ashley, the manager in back --- was very helpful and showed true customer service which is rare in these times. It shined like a light.

I will never donate to Goodwill again! I have a sofa and called them to pickup and I was told it would be $195.00. I was absolutely shocked I'm only like 5 miles from the store. Their prices in the store are ridiculous also you may as well go to Walmart you will get a better deal!

Over the last couple of years, my hometown Goodwill location has raised their prices to a ridiculous level for a thrift store and then you are still asked to round up on your purchases. The Rome location is dirty, unkempt and disorganized with sky high prices to boot. For a better option check out the one in Calhoun which is clean and orderly with sensible pricing.

I understand inflation in normal retail environment. But a companies donated inventory cost never changes, overhead and labor yes but regardless a 15 year old dirty 32" LCD TV shouldn't be $99 when one can go to Walmart and get a brand new one 50" for $200. Some good deals can still be gotten but they're few and far between.

ROME ga storeStore manager Micah did absolutely nothing to help.get an item priced that was plugged in on the floor for sale with no sticker, this happened to me in the Cartersville store and they took the item back and got a price right away. Heather cashier very rude. I donate to Goodwill regularly. Will never again donate one thing to Goodwill. DONE!

They suck all Goodwill's do but the one in Rome ga is the worst and the manager their is very very rude to customers and her employees from what I've seen
