I took my friend's car to this location I met with Trent he was exceptional.. I told him I needed to help my friend clean out her car he knew exactly what needed to be done gave me the right plan got the car clean showed me where all the tools were to clean out the car vacuum out the car spray out the car I feel like I drove away in a brand new car Thank you Trent You're the best!

Memberships are great and the same price as a single wash .The full service crew is great the girls go over and beyond to make sure my car is shining and spotless inside and out ..Better then a detail shop that will cost u$ 300.00

I would like to amend my review. For the 2nd time I upgraded to a full service wash and interior clean. And for the second time my cup holders were ignored. I don't understand. Is that not included? Pictures attached.
wash. Joined monthly membership. Everyone is nice and friendly.
I love that the owner is responding to all positive reviews but it's a generic automated message. A personal touch would be preferred. If so you'd know I did come for your services again. I joined monthly and I bring both of my cars to you. Js

They were charging me for a subscription service I was never told about. Then when I went in to cancel it. They tried to home a customer service number for me to follow up. When I requested they do it while I was there. The employee got an attitude.
Then it turned out. The number they were trying to give me. Was the wrong number. I won’t be back. Rome Fa has way too many options. Some else has got to be better.

Was not aware that it was not being full service that day so my car was not wiped down or vacuumed out. But I still had to pay the same amount. Was not happy.

From the time I arrive at this carwash until I finish, I get great service! They are on top of what to do, and I'm very appreciative. Best carwash!

Service is great and the wash works extremely well. My car looks beautiful and the membership is definitely worth it if you come here more than once a month.

They person at the gate was very helpful. Gave me good advice on a car wash plan. I really wish I got his name.
