Store immediately smelled like cigarette smoke and not a single person at the counter. We looked around for about a solid minute when our autistic friend burped loudly and we all started to laugh. The supposed owner came crawling out of the back room, probably hunched over in his chair playing with his balls, and angrily told us to “get the hell out of my store ?” Might I add, the place still had an hour until they closed so we weren’t intruding in the slightest. My friend was also genuinely interested in buying the Nintendo Switch in the glass case but now I hope this store rots.

My autistic friend was looking to buy a Nintendo switch from this place. We entered and no one was behind the counter even though the store was opened. Place smelled like cigarettes. My friend burped and the guy came rushing out and said to get the hell out of the store. Would give 0 stars if possible. The only redeeming quality of this terrible place was that they had Mega shark vs Giant Octopus on Blu-Ray. Has to be a front for something

I have gone there about two or three times and each time I have come out knowing a little more than when I went in!! I'm always asking him questions and he has no problem answering them! He thoroughly checks each item to get you the best value! He has always been professional and really nice, I actually just left there earlier today and was able to do good, honest business! I'll definitely go back soon!

They know what they’re talking about, and prices are more than fair! The only pawn shop I trust!The owner is super friendly. You get the customer service you deserve/earn. To those saying he was rude, maybe it was deserved? Show respect and kindness, and you’ll get the same in return!

Very disrespectful upon asking questions and then was threatened and pushed out because of his anger issues due to being very unprofessional to someone who is currently serving so people like him do not have to. Would not ever recommend anyone come here

They should market them selves as the BEST PAWN SHOP IN ROME! Just Sold them a Diamond Ring that I received several ridiculous low ball offers for, from other shops around town. These guys offered almost double. Go to this shop you won't regret it
