Easy living Yamaha was a great experience purchasing our Can-Am. They are all very honest and nice people to do business with! Adrian even delivered it to our home. I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Worked the deal over the phone and they said they would have it ready when I arrived. Signed papers in less than 5 minutes and they had my daughters new Raptor 90 pulled out front ready to load but it had just been built in the last few days and was cutting out for some reason. Adrian made the call to just get me another one because even though it was something small, he didn't want to risk me having to drive back to get it worked on when they could just sell me another one, get that one right and then sell it to someone else and them have 0 issues as well. That right there shows the guys here are good folks. People have to remember that every business has to make money to stay in business but there are honest folks that really take pride in what they do and aren't there just to make money. Adrian or Denny either one will take care of you at Easy Living no doubt. No incentive or pay for making this review but I believe being a good person deserves recognition because unfortunately, most times when you read reviews, you are only seeing the negative stuff when most people who have good experiences just don't think to write a review.

Friendly and helpful in my decision making of the right unit to buy, and I would definitely recommend anyone who's in the market for a side by side or a atv to come to this location for their purchase. Great inventory and wide variety to select from.

Been dealing with Easy Living for years. They have always been fair and honest with me. I have bought and serviced my machines there for at least 20 years. If you ever have an issue see Denny or Adrian. They have always taken care of me if I have ever had any issues.

Easy Living Yamaha of Rome has lost my business. Was charged for 7 hours of diagnostics to tell me I had a bad fuel pump. An issue the mechanic already was aware of from a previous servicing. They definitely took advantage of me, either that or the mechanic is incompetent. I don’t know who’s the bigger fool, me for trusting them to care for the customer or them for paying the mechanic $80/hour! Either way I’ll never set foot there again. My experience with the manager got nowhere. If you’re set on a Yamaha product or services, my advice is go somewhere else. They don’t deserve your money

don't ever go here to get your ATV's fixed they will scam you out of your money without even fixing the issue. took my motorcycle here to get it fixed and the mechanic stated it took him "6 hours" to find an issue that can really take but 10 minutes to find out. not only that they already knew the issue with it but wanted to charge me $900 anyways though they never fixed the bike. load of crap busines!

I own 4 for wheelers, a couple of them are Polaris. I use them, usually to roll around on the farm. Took one of them in for service, cut out and wouldn't idle after the motor warmed up. They had it for a couple of weeks and finally found the problem. Inside of the gas cap came apart and went into the fuel tank. The fuel pump sucked up pieces of the cap and destroyed the pump. They cleaned the tank and replaced the fuel pump. $650.00 ... wow. Fast forward 85 days or so, maybe 90, and something like 25 hours on the new pump and i get the same issue back. Took the wheeler back to Easy Living, since it wasn't actually fixed. 3 weeks later, turns out the fuel pump they usually use was on backorder so they put in a cheaper one that didn't last. I expected to pay for new parts, but instead, they charged me for the new part, minus the cost of the crappy one they originally put in, plus labor again. What in the world?? So i past for labor for them to fix the same problem ... twice. They chose to put in a cheaper pump and i had to pay to replace it when it went bad. That does not seem fair to me. I certainly didn't mind paying for the better part the first go around, but then to charge me labor to replace it just doesn't seem right to me. On top of that, i get the wheeler home and took it for a ride to see how it would do and the side panel fell off because the mechanic didn't put the fasteners back in it. Smh I will never use this shop again.

Horrible customer service and overpriced. Got charged $120 for “washing” the machine and as you can see it was never touched by a water hose. Tried to get refunded for the washing fee and they refused. Was planning on buying a new sxs from them but will be taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone

Three powersports brands under one roof...Yamaha, Polaris, and Can Am. And if you check out their website you'll see they have a pretty nice inventory which is rare in these days of supply chain issues.
