Tried to use coupon from members rewards and it wouldn’t work even though it was a valid coupon. Staff was rude and refused to help with the situation! Awful service!

This store is a joke and a mess. The "managers" are they really even managers? The staff is not concerned with assisting customers and neither are the managers. Just a disaster of a store.

Decent prices but the staff do not want to help find merchandise which the website says is in stock. Not a good business model if you wish to keep up with the likes of Amazon and Academy Outdoors. Train your staff to manage inventory and assist the customer otherwise the customer may stay home and order online.

I went in there the other day looking for some bullets & not one person was back there for any help, so I left. The store looked deserted.

Poor customer service. Managers done care about their customers. No sense of urgency. Couldn’t even bag items that were purchased.
