The store was in disarray everything was everywhere but they explain why they're actually doing inventory next week so they're trying to get everything where it goes but the help was very friendly nice atmosphere will go back

The lady manager is very unprofessional likes to be on her phone she needs to be relocated if she doesn't like the people in the area! And the store stays in stock the costumer's may as well go in and stock themselves. Don't have to figure out why she always needs employees, maybe because she is the problem not the employees!!!

I like to shop in the late afternoon, it's not as busy and I am able to browse and the check out is rarely busy. My only problem is that there is only one person at checkout because they added a self checkout register. I am sometimes forced to use them and I seem to always have an item that requires me to have to wait for an employee to help me out sometimes and that is a hassle.

Located close to home unfortunately the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced from employees banging there head on the counter to refusing service because I asked if the card readers are still working whitch she replied is there a sign on the door in whitch I asked what color was it ? The last time I was in there my card got declined had to move money around came back and said am I gonna have to void it again worst customer service definitely a stay away place and definitely lost my business

I absolutely hate going in this DG, they always have a line across the store and the guy that runs the register don't care to get the line moving...he will be on his phone and watching you tube or searching for a song to listen to! I feel sorry for the other employee that works his tale off and is there EVERY SINGLE DAY! I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS TO HIM! This place is still to this day even after the review I made months ago...still the slowest service in rome ga!

They fail to honor deals on top of deals when advertising 50% off additional on already marked down prices. I took so much time shopping, to only be disappointed at the register.
