Absolutely love this place. They know they’re the best, and it shows as soon as you walk in the door.
The gentleman there open the doors for the ladies, also treat every lady that comes with utmost respect. A lot of auto shops gaslight the females, and even try to pull extra charges over on them.
That’s me. I’m one of those females. I anticipate everything I’m going to say and they’re going to say before I even go in there. And was so surprised when they didn’t give me the normal “female” shakedown abt extra expenses, thinking I wouldn’t know. I literally walked in and got exactly what I requested, paid for exactly what I requested, and walked out. Could not have been simpler, and I couldn’t have been happier.
I will say tho, it did make me blush when they questioned if the truck was actually my daily ride, bc it wasn’t a normal mom car, but 3 deep car seats, hand sanitizer, chapstick in every door, and pink cooler was only a bit of what gave it away. They then complemented me on having such a cool mom-mobile. 😁

This is more geared towards DiscountTire as a whole... I bought 4 new tires from their Rome, GA location, and they told me I had a warranty on all 4 tires. Then a week later, I woke up to a flat tire. The tire was flat due to bad alignment on my truck(that DiscountTire said nothing about when they sold me the tires. However)
Since "They don't do car alignment, then the whole warranty is void... meaning, I bought 4 tires from Discount Tire, and they were ruined within 8 days; with no available refund. Now I have to buy 4 more tires... If they had just told me about the issue up front, I could have gotten that fixed immediately and dodged half of the issues.
They know what they are doing, slick.

I had a tire with a very slow leak. At another store, a guy looked the tire over and said there was nothing wrong. Fernando at Discount Tire, removed the tire, used a solution and found a tiny nail. I watched as he really had to work hard to remove the lousy lug nuts that Ford used……fortunately, he had some replacement lug nuts that fit much better. Thank you Fernando and Discount Tire for the outstanding service.

Purchased tires and rims with store credit. Came to store to pay and to get a tire plugged. Tire had a plug and it was leaking at the plug. Was told I had to pay online or on the phone that I couldn't pay at the store. Was told I would have to replace my other tire that they would not fix a tire already plugged. Maybe I expect to much but I'm very disappointed
