I ordered and recieved shoes, wore them in the house for the afternoon; shoes did not fit my feel well, returned them and they refuse to refund because they are 'used'. I will not buy from Diprima again.

Thanks ! Came in today for shoes to work at a horse rescue with a high of 32 F . They were helpful and found me some comfortable work boots that are keeping my feet warm right now . Appreciate the customer service

Ordered shoes from their website. Then later got an email canceling the order saying they didn't have the shoes in stock. Quite annoying. I hope they remove the charge to my credit card asap.

Road up to DiPrima’s with my son. Found it easy enough. Walked in and it is a very clean store, my son ask the lady about a size 17 work boot. The lady didn’t think they had any in store, and there wasn’t any, but her and another lady looked diligently through books and the computer to try to help him out. That was the best customer service I have ever received. Awesome Ladies!Oh plus, they also had a discount shoe store across the way, and the lady working over there was awesome, too. Excellent customer service!
