Not sure whats changed here but this place has gone down hill bad. They can never get anything correct. Always hours and hours behind according to the staff. Dropped off Rx days later still nothing. Called in acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Just terrible lately. Use to be the best in town. Not anymore.

Dropped off my son’s 3 prescriptions at 11:25 after having his wisdom teeth removed. Was told prescriptions would be ready at 2. Waited on pharmacy to open back up from”lunch” as was told not ready. I asked for them to give me what was ready and was told none. The lady at the drive up window went and got the pharmacist bc the manager/supervisor was not in. Would not give ma a # or email to report the issue. The pharmacist was irritated that someone gave me a time. I could have went out of town and had the prescriptions quicker. They do not care. Rude and irritated that I was holding up the line. It should not take 2 1/2 hours to fill prescriptions and yes I do realize there were several other prescriptions to be filled. Poor management and planning. CVS should be top notch and run efficiently and smoothly or be HONEST and informed me at 11:30 no way they could have it ready. Terrible service.

Brandon Fallen is the primary issue with this pharmacy. I didn’t receive the correct prescription and and was advised by another manager to come back and the pharmacy would “make it right” after I ran out of insulin. The pharmacy made the mistake. From the start, Brandon was unprofessional and aggressive when I called. Never coming back and according to Brandon that was fine by him. I’ve reported Brandon to corporate.

Dropped in to get some over the counter allergy medicine and took it to the pharmacy register. I stood in line and he asked me if I was picking up a script, I told him no and he pushed it back at me and said they were busy and to take it up front. I would’ve been ok ok with it if he’d at least said please. Think I’ll start getting my scripts at Kroger for now on because they’re generic OTC medicines are cheaper anyway and plus I’ve seen where other reviewers say they get a better price on prescription medicine there too.

I like this drug store, but I can't pay 5 times as much to go here. I got a prescription filled at Kroger that was $18 and some change for 30 pills. I wanted to switch to CVS bc it was more convenient to my drive home. I payed $40.91 for only 18 pills. I asked if that was always there price & if they had a generic version of the pill. They did not and said Kroger wouldn't be that cheap anymore bc they no longer accepted Good Rx. I switched back to Kroger and IT WAS EVEN LESS. I just paid $12.87 for 30 pills! That means CVS charged me over 5 TIMES AS MUCH!!

CVS is my go to pharmacy and quick stop shop for meds and health needs. The 24-hour shop has been a lifesaver when I need something NOW. They all carry a wide variety of goods. Employees go out of their way to help me find the things I want.

Recently visited this location for COVID vaccine . Very warm and organized experience. Daughter and I received top shelf professional assistance . Had to make two trips to complete the process(two shots). Each trip we had great customer service . Had to travel a 30 minutes to get there and didn't know what to expect. I'd travel 30 minutes again and again for that level of customer service. Thank you so much pharmacy and store team.

Went to checkout today and there wasn't anyone up front or in the aisles. I waited about ten minutes then left. Where is your cashiers?
