He refused to give me my prescription until I gave my phone number so he could sent me texts about immunizations he thought I needed. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I told him no Thank you 3 times. Asked to just get the prescription. He said the system would not allow him to do that.

I give this store 5 stars because of Brianna an associate. She went out of her way to give me some great information that saved me a lot of money on my order. She help from the beginning to the end and the young lady at the pharmacy also. Brianna is the best!!

I don't do reviews often but this was a must. After leaving the hospital with my son. I bring his medicine to CVS and they tell me it will be a hour. I come back in a hour it's not ready. I ask them, how long I need to wait because my son is in the car and he's very sick and I don't want to leave him sitting in the car, she shrugs her shoulder and says I don't know, 5 or 10 minutes with a attitude. If you're not a people person don't get a customer service job.

Have to mix your children’s own medicine. Prescriptions are never ready, they never have staff in pharmacy, and they take forever to answer phones. I’m afraid with these things they may give us the wrong meds!

I have no issue with the employees that work outside the pharmacy. The pharmacy on the other hand is very rude. I sat on hold for an hour trying to find out if they had a medicine in stock that others were out of, when I finally spoke to someone they were just beyond rude and spoke to me like I was d**** I’ll definitely stick to my 24 hour CVS down the road.

Been using this CVS off and on for 20 years. (Before it was CVS) There is never any staff working in the pharmacy anymore. The medicine is never ready when they say it will be. When you go in you have to wait in long lines just to find out you have to wait another 20 minutes because medicines are not ready. The phone rings nonstop with nobody to answer it. My son's medicine wasn't even mixed up today and that was my final straw with this. My family will be transferring to another pharmacy.

I moved to Rome, GA back in September of last year and needed a convenient pharmacy to meet my medication needs. This CVS was closest to me, so I chose them as my pharmacy where I would get my prescriptions filled. I have to say that they offer a very quick check out process, as well as a rapid refill time. If a doctor electronically sends a prescription there, it is usually filled the same day. The pharmacist is both friendly and knowledgeable, as are the technicians. I also use this CVS to drop off my eBay shipments to customers via UPS. Again, a quick and friendly process! Thank you guys, and well done! 5 Stars! Am honest review from Jamie W.

Don't go to the pharmacy at this location...never answers the phone or has prescriptions ready when they say they are. They don't listen to what you are asking for. Go somewhere else because the customer service here is bad.
