Will never use this CVS again the pharmacist they said he name was Megan who knows if that is correct or not started yellow by at me and being verbally abusive to me because I had questions about my insulin script and it not being filled correctly the pharmacy tech said it was not their issue and I need to get in touch with my doctor if I want it done right when they know I am supposed to be filling a 90 day supply for me. After yelling at me in front of everyone Megan was nice enough to throw down papers from my past fills on the counter as well as throw more papers down after the fact while proceeding to approach me while continuing to raise her voice while situation made me feel like she was going to fly off the handle and attack me will never use this CVS again

I am not one to leave Google reviews, but I can not hold back anymore. Never have I had a pharmacy be so consistently rude. NEVER. And it isn't even one person; it is anyone I speak to. My daughter doesn't want to call them because she knows they will be rude. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Never ever again.

if you close at 7pm on Sunday then the doors should be locked at 7pm not before then. I got to the store AT LEAST 5 mins before closing and the doors were locked. there also were cars that pulled up to the store after me who also attempted to go inside and couldn't. i only needed to grab one thing which wouldn't have even take more than 2 mins to grab and purchase.i watched the two employees on shift walk out of the store at exactly 7pm. closing at 7 does not mean off at 7. the store should not be locked early just so your workers can leave at the time they feel is right. very lazy and inconsiderate.

Several of the pharmacy personnel at this store are very rude. It would be better for you to shop at a different store.

Great place. Always friendly. Pharmacy treats me great when I have to go get shots, vaccines, etc. SUPER informative and they take EXCELLENT care of folks. Always very attentive associates & cashier's etc. Great products, good pricing, and typical always has everything I need when shopping in a drug store. Thx guys. 25 out of 10 on the BENJY-MAN Scale. Be well & Mahalo folks. ???

The customer service here is tge best! I had to use Walgreens last few years due to insurance not accepting CVS. I'd pay full price for my scripts b4 I'll go back.

King David III here CVS get five stars because if it wasn't for CVS or sick people that need medicine wouldn't have medicine I like the carpet that carpet fairly clean people they are pretty nice they greet you say how you doing when you're coming in they prices are high though but they got pretty much everything you want so since I already done five stars I suggest y'all go check them out don't spend some of your Christmas money with them King David III and God bless to you you all and Merry Christmas

Horrible customer service. My disabled grandfather went to pick up his prescription and accidentally locked his keys and phone in the car. After paying for his items, the employees at cvs wouldn’t event allow him to call for help. He had to walk across the street just to get help from the dollar tree. So sad

Store manager Michelle has been extremely rude and unprofessional on more than one visit. All of the rest of the staff and the whole pharmacy crew are great. Just one big blond bad apple.

My experience shopping here has always been a good one but there is one downfall that they never have fixed and it affects the couponers and people that want to save money in a really bad way and every time for the past year that I have gone in there I have asked them if they're CRT machine is working and of course it never is they always say that's they will be fixing it soon but it's been over a year this is ridiculous but overall I've never had a problem out of the employees

Order placement online is flawed. The box designated to enter the prescription number of the prior pharmacy's prescription number will not accept letters. Only numbers. CVS may not list letters in their prescription numbers, but The Prescription Shop in Calhoun does. Attempting to transfer the script a much older prescription that was not by the same doctor, not that anyone here had the ability to actually contact my doctor. It was decided that a replacement script would be used because the medication name was the same. Of course the dosage was 50% different and times daily twice the amount. This location is not interested in ensuring the correct script is filled. Getting it close is their goal. Requesting my discount card to be used was ignored and the total was over twice of The Prescription Shops price out of Calhoun. Informing CVS will be ignored and no one will correct the issue online. That would require someone at CVS to care that one of thour elderly may die due to their neglect.
