The people who work there are very rude and do not help, the manager is very rude and instead of explaining things she shouts at you and talks to you in a bad way, for me it is terrible and they should do something to change her attitude and be more friendly with the clients and she still reluctantly told me that she was the manager.
The truth is, with that attitude you can't be a manager since you have to help clients, not treat them badly and speak to them in a rude way.

I want to give a shout to the Hicks Drive location in Rome, Ga - more specifically, Michelle R. and Sarah. I recently purchased a new cell phone for my mom, back in March.Both were very helpful and informational when I called asking questions, thinking this would be challenging, since my mom's in a healthcare facility.What was concerning to me; on what to do, how to do it, what was best for her needs and how quick to get the phone back in my mom's hands - turned out to be a very smooth process.My mom is happy with it, simple as she requested, and was a great bundle price better than expected. A definite win-win for both of us.I would highly recommend this location and the sales associates. Thank you again, Michelle R. and Sarah. Nice to know there are still businesses out there, that care about the customer and their needs, not just making an easy $$$. Great associates, businesses need more like these two : )
