Unreliable. I took my iPhone 7 there over five years ago, when I got it back I looked at the charging port and noticed that a screw was missing. So when my phone screen broke again, I decided that I would replace the screen myself. I opened the phone and noticed that several screws were missing. From that point on I decided I would be replacing screens myself. Fast-forward to now; I bring my iPhone SE up there due to a failing Touch ID after a screen replacement. They replaced the screen I put on, (which I had no problem with), but couldn’t fix the Touch ID, so I had a them refund me roughly 40% for it, which equaled the price to about that of a replacement screen, which I thought was fair. However, when I looked at the bottom of the phone, guess what? A screw was missing. Luckily for them I noticed that after I had left. Never take your phone here if you care about it.

Best phone repair in Rome. Almost wasted $300 at at&t for deductible on replacement phone because they couldn't get my phone to start, but instead waited to be seen at CPR and the woman got my phone to come on within minutes? I love a win and if you're trying to win, go to CPR before you waste money elsewhere!

They were great! My phone was basically cracked all over and they fixed the whole screen plus put on a screen protector (I believe if you are a student they do it for free but don’t quote me on that) and they said it would only take an hour to fix my phone. Unfortunately due to plans I wasn’t able to pick It up for a few hours but i thought it would take at least a day. it was good a ready to go when I got there and they were super nice made sure I was aware of the price and everything. 100% recommend

Came here after alto told me my computer was too dirty for them to look at. I rolled my eyes and roll down the street to this place. I just left my computer with them. They had to send it off not unexpectedly, but the stars come for them while I was waiting on diagnostics the tech fixed a couple simple problems for a walk and customers for free. I hope alto computers never tries to attend a convention. I don’t think they’ll make it through the door.
