Way to much going on at this establishment. To many people doing nothing good. And the owner to busy playing his own ding ding machines to care about the odd behavior of everyone else.

I have been buying delta 8 carts from there for over 2 months. Never had an issue till tonight January 18th. I was treated like a thug when I’m dressed in my WORK Attire not to mention he has seen and checked me out multiple times. He is very rude. Closed the glass door while my arm was in it grabbing what I wanted to buy. NEVER coming in again They have lost a customer that spends 100+ a week there

Charged me $2 extra on Georgia lottery mega millions tickets. The clerk must give a free ticket to a customer when one purchases two tickets on the same ticket. In other words, buy two get one free is the promotion. After kindly asking her if she remembers when I paid for them and overcharged me, she says, "No, I would've remembered." It's only $2, but now I know this place will not give a customer their money back if the clerk makes the error.

Surprisingly, despite looking like somewhat of a dive, this fas station has some of the nicest gas pumps in town.

I have been trading at this gas station for twenty years since 1995. The condition of the sign in this photo expresses the condition of the station, store and service. I go here because it is the only station in Rome that accepts my Chevron gas card, but the place has been in a constant state of disrepair since I have been going there. Many times several of the pumps are out of order or you cannot get a receipt without going inside because the pumps are also out of repair. I usually fill up and go in to use the rest room, since I currently have a frequent urination problem that is being treated. So on this day I filled up and went in to use the rest room. When I walked in the men's room the door was open with a 2X4 in the door, but it smelled clean and freshly washed, so I took out the 2X4, locked the door and proceeded to relieve myself. Halfway through there was a loud banging on the door and a woman shouted "this bathroom is out of order. Didn't you read the sign?" I explained that the door was open and the sign must have been on the outside where I could not see it. She then screamed "didn't you see the shit spread all over the place?" and I replied that I would be out in a minute. She went away and then came back again banging on the door and told me to "get out now!" I finished up and wiped up my dribbles and then went out. I waited in line at the check out to confront the woman. When I got to the window, I asked her why she had screamed at me and that I had never been treated so rudely before. She said she had been cleaning up someone's mess in there and I should not have gone in (which of course was not the impression I got since the sign was placed on the back of the door, and I can't be a mind reader.) I was curious as to why she was angry at something someone else had done and she was taking it out on me. I asked her her name and she said, "Sherry," and I asked for the owner's contact information and she said all she said was that she did not know his name. I then asked her who signed her pay check and she said "Alan" and that he would be in later that day. I informed her that I had remained a faithful customer here for the past twenty years but I had purchased my last gas here. She said she didn't care whether I bought gas here or not. I suggested that she get some more education, particularly human relations training, so that she could get a better job or do a better job at the one she had. She wadded up some paper and threw it down as I left. Last time at Turner-McCall Chevron.
