Was charged twice, I understand things happen but being rude over the phone and hanging up on me is not a professional way to handle things. I will be speaking to management and after that I will not be back. BP do better.

Paid for gas and went to grab a coffee next door. Was then told I'm not allowed to block the pumps when I clearly just paid for gas. Went out to pump my gas and had another employee come stand next to my car and watch me pump my gas. Very unprofessional. Will not return to this BP location.

I have been doing business with this BP for about 12 years now. I live a good distance away from this BP, and I pass several other gas stations on my way to this one, It's well worth the extra miles because the place is spotless and the service is great. The owner and his wife are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Both of them are very helpful and friendly, and they always have a great attitude. The business is very professional, and the service is the best.
