What happened to this store its a shame I used to go in and know man they have new hiking tents hammocks and Climbing gear everything for my outdoor needs now its nothing but garbage and cloths everywhere with kids behind the counter without a clue what outdoor gear is and the outdoor gear section is a sham Barely enough to hang your coat on, what have things come too

Teenage clerk was 100% clueless about what merchandise the store carries. Then could not print out a paper receipt.Gave me no reason to ever shop here again.

I ordered a Patagonia rain jacket in large on the web. When I received it it was a children’s large. The website didn’t make the distinction and when I called it was a standard switch and bait plus I had to pay for the shipping. They wanted me to pay $60 more for an adult large ( plus shipping)

They will list items at great prices, and not have them in stock, just as clickbait. Then later cancel the order and send you an email notifying you. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Thank me later. We had ordered a Green Yeti for a veteran raffle give away prize, and had already canceled a previous order with another seller, due to this shady bunch having it posted cheaper. Then Boom, they cancel the order and now I’m having to re order with original seller again. They had the item posted a few hundred dollars cheaper, which should have been my first sign to put no faith in it being legitimate.

My son gave me a gift card last year from Blue Sky. After several attempts to find something that I liked and that fit, I was told the gift card had expired. Neither my son or I will ever shop here again.

Went in to buy a kavu bag for my wife. Had my 2 young daughters with me. One had to potty so I asked if they had a restroom. The guy behind the counter said for employees only so we had to leave without the bag and find a restroom. I get the employee restroom policy but they missed out on a sale because of it.

Local outfitter, so expect to pay local outfitter prices. The selection could be expanded, but much better quality than buy sporting good stores.

We thought we'd give Blue Sky yet another try. It's way overpriced, but we hoped for a better selection of quality gear than might be found at the local sporting goods stores. We never made it that far. As we got to the front door we were relieved to read a sign on the door that told those with COVID-19 to not come inside, and encouraged that everyone wear a mask. So it was quite a surprise to open the door to be greeted by a store employee not wearing a mask. I asked: "where's your mask?," to which he responded that masks are only recommended; not required. My response was, of course, that we wouldn't be shopping for anything at Blue Sky, as we backed out of the store. He wasn't the least bit fazed. I'm guessing he isn't invested in the store, even as an employee desiring to provide good service to customers. This happened on Wednesday, October 21, in the late afternoon. Don't pretend to be concerned about the health and well-being of everyone in your store, if you allow your employees to show such blatant disregard for the health and well-being of everyone in your store. Pretense.
