My wife and I purchased close to 15k in furniture in September of 23, we are on the 3rd couch and they still have not repaired the drawers on the chest. I have contacted Jeremy the owners son (manager) several times but still nothing.
Badcocks is not the same since selling out to the big conglomerates. The furniture quality in my opinion is not good, I promise I will never buy another thing from "BADCOCKS".
I FEEL THAT THEY HAD AMPLE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.
WOGGIE BADCOCK IS ROLLING IN THE GRAVE.......

Avoid at all costs. This is the most dishonest place I have ever purchased anything from and I will never use this company again. They lied from the beginning about interest rates (by a whole decimal and I checked/clarified 3 times). They said it was set-up on mandatory auto pay and it was not, so we took a hit from that (after I figured it out 2 months later). If you are reading this after you have already purchased, pay it off and never use them again.

Owner kept following me and my husband and wouldn't let us look for couch on our own. Talked over me several times and only acknowledged my husband even though I was the one who was going to be buying the furniture.
