Just left and the two women who helped me, Jamie and Shabonne, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Despite my request being difficult, they were very patient and were able to point me in the right direction

Ruben was prompt and very helpful! I could really tell he knew what he was doing and good at it, did a great job replacing my battery. I can see why we have have to stand in line because everyone wants this good customer experience!
