“Went in today to get a screen protector for my new phone (ordered by phone). Caleb immediately came over and pleasantly greeted me. Very pleasant man. I explained what I needed and he went to get the screen protector while I looked for a case but was having no luck. When Caleb came back he helped and quite randomly picked up the perfect red case. I asked him questions about each item and he explained it all to me. I asked price of each, perfect. I had been looking at Verizon site for these items and there were several types for my phone ($59.99 most expensive). Caleb brought out a more affordable one. I asked about the different ones I saw online and how they work, what makes each one more expensive which he explained completely. It amazes me at the many different facets which each item offers. Most sales associates won’t take the time and would get exasperated but not Caleb. Perfect to the completion of my purchase and questions.”

“My husband and I came here to get a new phone plan and phones and the worker who attended with us was extremely professional and very helpful. Her name was Lien, she was amazing! She transferred and put a Sim card in my phone and got my husband a great price on a nice iPhone and a Great deal on a very protective case for his phone since he's very clumsy. She was very patient with all my questions and answered every one of them with detail. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive and left no questions to be asked. I highly suggest going here and definitely asking for her if she's working!!”

Luis helped navigate a complicated change of plan, addition of new line, and two new phones as wellas porting a number from another carrier. During our call we were disconnected (he promptly called me back); we had to schedule a later afternoon call, and he was in constant contact with me regarding that follow up call, as he was running late at the time we had agreed upon.Even a week later, I had to reach out due to delays with the former carrier on my new line and the release of a phone number, and Luis was just as helpful as ever. He helped me arrange my trade-in drop-offs to a local store, as well as ensure I was getting the new phones with the memory and color I wanted, checking inventory at multiple stores.I can’t say enough—best customer service I have ever received from Verizon.”
