I received great service during my trip to the Metro PCS store in Rockmart, GA, this afternoon. He was courteous and helpful. But he went above and beyond assisting me with my account.I will be telling all my friends and coworkers.

I wiah i could tell u what ive been through the oast 3 &1\2 months but i have no room to type all i wish i coukd say. So i will start like this i was with verizon for over 20 years, i got a divorce and decided to open my own account with them then all hell went to CRAZY! Verizon in Cedartown Ga, caredless and just didnt want to help or try they juat changed my phone number. Keeep in mind they would not call tech like technical support needed them to do. So i ended up with 8 different phone numbers the hackers took them all. I was furious so i went to verizon in Rockmart, also Rome Ga. I was called a lier that there phones didnt get hacked and even in Rockmart after she called me that she wouldnt give me my $77 back i had just purchased a whole new different phone and within an hour back at her store. She also wouldnt give me back my trade in device and kicked me out of her store. I called tech back they send me on a road trip to go to a coporate office. Dont get me wrong tech and customer service was amazing but they couldnt see first hand what was happening to help me. They assured me the local stores would call them as they requested for me to tell them so they could try to figure out what happened. Well no1 single verizon worker even listened to me nor help. I was beyond mad . i left them went to Atnt took verizon techs advice and got prepaid changed my name address everything. Didnt work. I went to atnt in Cedartown and those 2 boys were to busy texting on there on phone and told me they didnt do that there it wasnt there job. I went and bought more cellphones and prepaid cards like sprint, trackphone any carrier i could buy. None worked. Well my gf uses Metro ive at this point lost almost 10k yes 10k on buying phones prepaid service all the cell phone cahrges from verizon and much much more. My security. My gf talked to me about Metro i never heard of Metro until i met her. She convinced me and we went to Cedartown Metro i tried to tell them how to do it but they are young look miseravle and def didnt care they just said u want get hacked buy a phone from us. I did got hit immediately. I just left the store. My gf kept being hoping and told me call another metro in Rome so i googled on her phone and Second Ave Metro popped up first and i called it. A young lady Name Sam answered told her a little about what was going on and she said come see her she will do everything she could to try to help. My gf and i went the next day Sam wasnt there so for my Christmas Present my gf talked me into letting her buy me the phone for my gift. I was sure skeptical we just lost more money. She got me the combo they had for christmas they set us up and we left. I was scared to open the phone just thinking i was like a disease any phone i touch i hack. So i didnt open 1 single app no email nothing. Later that evening i had 471 apps downloaded through my phone. Not on my phone (the hackers) i went straight back to Rome metro on second ave and there was SAM but she was busy and i got the same young boy. He quickly scrolled through my phone wouldnt listen to nothing i was saying and then cut me off from talking and said somehow i accidently download 471 apps. I was in shock. My playstore hadnt even been used nore anything else. I waljed out thinking that was it i cant have a phone. I then becuz my gf is persistent and i did what the boy said go home call metro get them to hit my phones and i should have serivce and connect to interenet (NO DIDNT WORK) metro told me to call lg after i factory reset my phone if it still didnt work. I did just that. I factory reset and omg what came up claiming i have to accept r couldnt go further i told lg i refuse to sign it and she told me go back to where i got it gave me her number have one of them call her. But do not press thatbutton well we went to West Rome metro because they were closer and i didnt wont that boy again. She told me there not affiliated so i said oh im sorry i will find the next closest one i come to. She snatch my phone out of my hand and omg HIT THE BUTTON!!
