Derinda helped get so many loose ends fixed. For example there was an odd deed on our place that we didn't know about and other delightful little problems that she checked on and double checked and had every piece of paperwork in order on closing day. We just love her

Darinda is Truly the best real estate agent! Me and my three-year-old son have been looking desperately for a home to buy after a bad situation, not only did she make sure we found a safe place but she helped Me through the process as a first time home buyer as if I was family to her!She took my life's biggest purchase just as seriously if not more so than I. She is knowledgeable and navigated me through me through the scary waters of buying my 1st home, not only did she help me find the home I belong in but she Went above and beyond many times. She made sure I had everything I needed and then some!! She even paid for some things out of her own pocket to make sure this house was perfect for My little one and I.She is truly a woman of God and sometimes I almost wonder if she is not actually an angel...

Derinda has been great!!
