My experience from this car was today
1 when I initially went through the attendant didn't scrub my vehicle like youre supposed to before the car goes through the machine
2 when I went through the machine I noticed all fo the mechanism inside are extremely worn out and in need of replacing. Some of them didn't even tough my car.
3 the cleaning system isn't working as it should. The entire back side of my car was completely dry after I pulled out of the machine.
4 when I pulled out of the machine and realized that my car hadn't even been cleaned I went to the attendant and asked for my money back and they refused. I then asked if I could go back through again since my car didn't get clean.
5 after going through a second time my car was still dry on the back end again. When I went to speak to the attendant about my grievance another customer was talking to the attendant about the exact same thing. When that customer left I walked up to the attendant and suggested the machine seems to be broken and the attendant was very rude to me so I insisted to go back through again. When I got in my car to try the car wash again another employee started banging on the front window of the building pointing at me. As I pulled back into line the same employee did the same thing again which I felt now was a threat.
This car was is the slum of all car washes in the north east GA area and I will never go back and will inform everyone I know to do the same.

$18 for a basic plus wash and they don’t even use a brush anymore to wipe windshield or tailgate. Will never go back. This place has definitely gone down hill.

I will never be back to this car wash! First of all, $12 for a basic wash is ridiculous! Pay $10 at the new wash in Bremen and there ready to scrub down your car before you even go in the wash, $7 at Cedartown and they scrub your car before you go in too! no one was doing that here. Worker was too busy on his phone, had to wait for him to guide me on the track, cause his phone call was more important than doing the job he is paid for. Didn’t even dry my car off as much as it should have. I will not be back!

It took the driver side window co er off and my car did NOT get cleaned at all! I have a nice Nissan Rogue and when I told the attendants the guy looked stoned Ed, didn't say a word just walked in and brought it back to me. No "I am sorry about that or anything. WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

It's now 645 pm and we pulled up to use the membership that we paid for just for the car wash to be closed! Why say you're open until 7 if you close 15 minutes before! I should cancel this membership and go back to the one in Rome!

I just visited zip car wash in rock mart and bought the upsold $24 car. Wash and when I got to the beginning of the car wash. The young lady told me that their brush that they used to knock the debris off. The front didn't work which meant it was not going to knock any of the dead bugs off the front of my truck. But she did not offer to give me my money back. They let me go through twice. But it did not clean my truck when I was outside my truck cleaning up myself. They shut down the car wash because it was broken. Why would you take my money and let me go through there? When you know your car wash is broken. I.
Was running behind for an appointment in Cartersville.Or I would have went back and fought for my money back instead.I'm going to fight back this way.With a bad review , you can keep the twenty four dollars you apparently needed it

I have a monthly membership. I went today Saturday September 7at 2:34pm. It was closed!! It's supposed to be open until 7pm. There was a black SUV in the parking lot. The phone went straight to a no one is available to take your call. This is the 2nd time this has happened...I will be canceling my membership.

My hubby paid the overall rate to get a sticker so we can go in as many times as we want. It was $42...or $45 a month. That's not bad. It's never overcrowded but there are always folks getting their car cleaned. With that being said I can go in and still find a spot with no one in that area. Literally get in and out most times without waiting.
