I'm from Birmingham Alabama always traveling this route to Hiawassee Ga. On this trip and stop I had my 2 pets with me. I attempted to do a potty break for my 12 year old cat. Not a good idea. He popped his collar and ran off in the thick Bushey area behind the store. It was mid day and 95 degrees. I was at a total loss and heart broken I had lost my cat. I went inside to explain that if they saw me wandering and looking around on their property it was for my search for Kitty. Thank goodness for the staff here and one employee that went out of her way to help me search and eventually and quickly found my pet safe and happy return on my road trip! And now back home. Thank you for going above and beyond ! Your kindness will not be forgotten! Thanks again for all your help! ?

Stopped in 2 weeks ago. The couple in the deli are great!! The cashier was no where to be found, turns out she was sitting on her butt in the office. There was no coffee made, the lady in the deli was kind enough to come out and make some for me. She also had to stock the cups, the cashier acted like it was a inconvenience that she had to put her cigarette down to ring me up.

I don't go here often and it has changed names/owners a few times since I moved here. Not sure what that is about. $0.10/gal discount if you pay cash for gas. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Store and restrooms are clean and well stocked.

When you use your card to get gas and don’t use all the money that you paid for they won’t give it back. I paid $20 and I only used $18.49 so I went inside and asked the attendant if the balance would go back on my card and she said yes. Little did I know it didn’t happened. Any other store in the United States puts the money back on your card but not this store. All the manager will tell me that I have to take it up with my card company mean while they have my $1:51.. All I want is the money put back on my card.

Could definitely use some knowledgable, more qualified, employees and management. I have always supported and went out of my way to get gas here and shop at this location in hopes that the Raceway beside them wouldn't put them out of business, but after tonights experience I won't be back. Most places value their customers not run them off, but maybe the cash paying ding ding machines in the back will provide them with the loyal customers that they are looking for
