Facility is nice and employees are nice but the detentions of the storage units are wrong. I tried one that was suppose to be 15 feet long but it wasn't and it didn't fit what I needed to go in there so make sure you check first.

I like that I can access the unit 24/7 and I love the receptionist.
I dislike the hours of operation, it's nearly impossible for a working person to get there during their hours. they are closed on the weekends, Wednesdays, and on the days they are open, they leave from 12-1 for lunch and close by 6 which
Makes it VERY HARD and inconvenient for a person with a job to get by there and pay cash when the bill is due..(yes they only take cash or check.. because even tho it's almost 2016, they cannot take a card at all nevermind one over the phone, which sucks.) Other than that the facility is safe and the staff is awesome.
