When my 75 yo mother hit a deer, she was so upset. James at City Body Works talked to her and assured her he’d have her suv back in her driveway fast as he could. He explained every step and updated her often. The job they did was amazing, like her Santa Fe and deer never met. I would recommend it to anyone that want good honest work.

Blown away! I dropped my 2018 Silverado off to get the door painted.The door was damaged by a teenager; who threw a egg at it.They did a wonderful job at stripping it down and painting it.The truck is black, a very hard color to blend. You wouldn't notice the door has been painted.Stand up crew! Very easy going and reliable.10/10 Guys!Service: Body & Trim

When they give you your time frame add a month to it. Also even if they say they will call you back they don't so you need to keep calling them to stay updated on the status.Services: Welding

I've used City Body works exclusively for all my repairs since I've been able to drive a car.Here's a story of why I am so loyal to home town services.Recently my Mom had a tail light out and could not replace it due the rear hatch on her SUV not opening with a stuck latch.I live in Colorado now and was unaware of this issue.She being stubborn and independent, saved her money (on a fixed retirement income) took her car to City Body for repairs. The same day, they called her with a report of her car being ready for pick up.As she arrived and tried to settle the bill, they would not charge her for their services.They not only repaired the jammed latch, but also changed her blown tail light bulbs for her. She could've easily been taken for a few hundred bucks for the repair by a shady repair shop.It's really hard to find excellent customer service like this anymore.Thank You City Body Works!-S. Prater
