My fiancé and I rented a UHaul from Blue Moon today and our experience was fantastic! They were SO helpful and kind to us. We will definitely be coming back to them in the future and recommending them.

Mold & mildew covered my new furniture after 2 months. Would not recommend storing anything of value here. RAT damage after I got to finally go through all my stuff. Paid for insurance and they DENIED my claim. HORRIBLE. Never even paid my deposit back or tried to make it right...

On several occasions, I have needed storage and Blue Moon's locations are ALWAYS full. For a small town, that should tell you a lot about the quality of their services and reputation. I recently met Andy, the owner, and he travels with 3 cell phones and is constantly "on the job." Great value

Storage room was infested with rats destroyed so much of my stuff but they want me to still clean it to get my deposit back. This isn't just mice but rats and probably a few dead ones at that.

I used Blue Moon climate controlled storage when moving from AZ to GA. Rayanne, was friendly, helpful and courteous. They have several locations and the one that I used was on Marble St. in Rockmart. The facility is kind of off the beaten path and well secured with locks, gating and video surveillance. I felt really good about storing my personal property here with this company. If I ever need a storage facility in Rockmart again, I will be going to see Rayanne again!

bought a trailer that was advertised as 10k trailer, ended up being 7k trailer with 10k axles, after loading 8k pickup, trailer dow-tail bent on me, they bent it back and voided my warranty due to the fact that " it was overloaded" 10k trailer overloaded with 8k pickup on it? seriourly, these guys false advertised trailer in many ways and it didn't serve more than half a year before fenders fell off and it started rusting, bad experience with these guys
