Brought in I our sick little girl without an appointment. They were able to work us in the same morning, did blood work, X-rays, gave her fluids and nausea meds. Sent us home with extra meds just in case. We have been going here ever since we got our little Chorky as a puppy. They provide great service with reasonable prices. We plan to continue using them for all our vet needs.

They do a wonderful job. They have saved many of my doggies from dying. This is the only vet I trust with my dogs. My dogs are my baby's and I don't trust anyone with them. This place has proven to me that I can trust them. I have pitbulls and they don't have any issues with treating my dogs. Unlike some vets I've went to in the past. One is in ft. Oglethorpe but I'm not going to put a name. If you have a pit and have been there then you know who I'm speaking of. This is the only vet that I will ever use from now on. I wish I could give them more stars than what's up there.

I recommend this place for your small animal!
The staff was very nice and helpful.
The vet was also very helpful and truly was caring and not just trying to run up a bill.
I will use them again in the future.

Absolutely amazing place with caring people, they waited well past close for my bf to get there to put down our baby Sebastian, they also sent us a card in the mail they all signed, I cried it was so sweet, they went above and beyond for us and I appreciate them so much

We brought our pygmy goat here from Jasper TN for an emergency c-section. Doctor answered the phone and was very kind to accept us after hours. I have been to a lot of vets around the country, and he was definitely one of the best.
We already knew we had lost the baby before we got there, but he did manage to pull momma through the ordeal. She's home and comfy tonight and doing really well. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I will definitely be using this doctor again in the future. Probably the single best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office!

Dr Miller is in business for ALL the right reasons. My kitty had a horrible case of pneumonia. I had to take him to see Dr Miller for 4 weeks in a row. The staff was extremely compassionate & truly cared about how Onyx was doing. And they give a discount on office visit follow ups, which helps immensely. On top of all of that, my senior pup passed during that time. And my mind just couldn't accept it. I showed up without an appt with him wrapped in a blanket on my lap. The tech actually came out to me in my car with a stethescope to listen & see if she could find a heart beat, but he was gone. The staff was sooo sympathetic & worked with me to get my baby cremated & the package I wanted. We picked my baby up this past Thurs. It only took a week to get his ashes back. And everything looks perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Miller & his staff to anyone in the area.

Dr Miller and his assistant wasted no time in making a farm call to take care of our calf who had an obstruction, causing her not to be able eat or drink. They were kind, gentle, helpful, and truly saved our little baby Gracie. I am sincerely grateful to them for all they did to make our first little calf better!

I just took my puppy in for her shots. She got two shots. They did not even touch her. They didn’t look in her eyes, didn’t feel of her to make sure she didn’t have anything wrong with her belly or insides. All they did is give her two shots and said that will be $102.35 ??? I am so pissed. I hope you don’t go there. I don’t know if my dog is ok or not.

I don't remember being so angry, upset and frustrated as I was today. I was going to my Dad's and there had been a cat, apparently hit by a car, in the other lane and it was flopping his back legs and tail. You could tell the cat was in agony. I was unable to stop because of the traffic. Now this cat was in front of the Cornerstone vet office. So I pulled over when I could and called them and told the lady there was a cat that had been hit in front of their office and needed help, that you could tell it was suffering. Know what she said to me? Well, what do you want me to do about it? I COULDN'T BELEIVE IT !! I said well it needs help and you are a vet office so can you help it. She said I am the only one here and I don't know what you want me to do anyway!! I was in shock. Called and left msg with Walker County animal shelter and a lady from the shelter called me back about 2 hrs later and said if that happens again, to call 911 that they have their cell phone numbers and will call them. When I came back by, the cat was gone so maybe someone was able to stop and get it some help. I thought the vets took an oath to help animals. AND IT WAS IN FRONT OF THEIR OFFICE~~ Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health and welfare, the prevention and relief of animal suffering, the conservation of animal resources, the promotion of public health, and the advancement of medical knowledge.NOT MY POST. BUT I THINK THE VETS NEED TO KNOW A RECEPTIONIST CAN MAKE OR BREAK A PRACTICE
