Came in the neighborhood today, a day late, and drove right past our trash can. Driving way too fast I might add.

Just went up $10 a month with NO notice. This is on top of a $5 fuel charge they implemented in 2021. BUT they never get the trash! They contracted for twice a month pickup, and yet its 6-8 weeks in between dumps (for well over a year) and yet we've paid our bill every month, they should be required to send refunds.

Terrible service. This company is taking people away that live in a nursing home. They are being paid on time but they will not pick up the trash nor answer the phone
