We drove 3 hours today to pick up a freezer from R.W. Home furnishings, they loaded our truck in the rain, secured our load with a ratchet strap, and zip tied it to make sure the straps didn’t come loose! We also received a call later in the evening to make sure we made it home ok since we had terrible weather! They were so pleasant to buy from we will definitely be back in the future when we have other furniture/appliance needs! Thank you for all of your help!
