I have been coming here for a while and while the cleaning is decent, they charge a different price every time. I come with my car cleaned out and it’s still different prices so that’s a little aggrivating. It’s a car wash but your car has to be semi-clean. Do not come here if your car is dirty or you will be charged more. Also they are not the most friendly so don’t expect the customer service to be amazing.

This is a terrible place all together, when they first started out they where humble and courteous, they did great work, cars was clean inside and out, windows sparkling but once they got establish and a good customer base ,they stopped caring about the quality of their service,they rush through your car, half clean it and when you point out their errors, they get rude and nasty at the mouth, the sad part is they make money off us ( Black People) if we as a people stick together and NOT patronize them ,they wouldn’t make any money and will RESPECT their customers!So lm asking all my people to go to another car wash ,Any car wash but this one!BLACK POWER !POWER to the PEOPLE! ✊?

When I first came here about seven months ago, they were charging $25 for In-N-Out and now they charge $30 for Sedans. I understand prices go up. They move you along pretty decent time and they have several people working on your car and they do an excellent job. If the line is crazy long, come back another day because there’s only one bay. Outdoor seating only, dress appropriately. When you see all that they do and you realize it would have taken you an hour plus to do this at home yourself along with the sweat and tiredness so it’s worth it for someone else to wash your car unless you go to the quick car wash places which are OK Washes but the hand wash is even better although it cost a little more.Today I was told that because my car was super dirty on the inside that is going to cost me $45 instead. What if I didn’t have $45 and I only came here because I could afford the $30. There should be a sign visible that Highlights that prices are subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle. I feel like the other two times I came, my car was worse condition and I wasn’t charged extra. I was going to give them $20 tip anyway but now the tip will be less and I’m sure they still get the money the same so I don’t feel bad. a better business practice is to highlight the fact that prices can change drastically. Or take a look inside of the car and when you notice that it is dirtier, you come and ask me would I like to continue with the price increase.Services: Auto detailing

They do a great job cleaning your car, but the customer service is absolutely horribleI never patronized a business that allows children to car with a customer and then defend the children and blame the customer. Keep your kids in line if they are working with the public
