The wait is waaaaay too long! If ur disabled forget. Should have kept the one in Jonesboro open or open another branch for walk in. Ridiculous!!! I gave it one star for being a standing building.

The woman I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Not only in here manner and tone but the branch rules for a 16 years old opening their own account! At 16 THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE UTILITY BILLS OR LEASE AGREEMENTS!! What is the matter with you people! That is what's wrong with our children right now. You want them to be grown adults by 16!! No 16 year old should have any of those things at 16! Unless it's extremely special circumstances. Not only that the woman was hella rude to me and tried to rush me off of the phone immediately. This branch needs to just close or hire BETTER PEOPLE because the ones you have now are not qualified in customer care or in speaking to customers in general. Go home and yell at the woman your man is messing with and stop taking it out on your customers!

Title: Wells Fargo's Cashless Conundrum: A Frustrating Banking Experience Review: In an era where convenience and customer satisfaction should be paramount, Wells Fargo's refusal to accept cash deposits is nothing short of mind-boggling. As a long-time customer, I am appalled by their archaic policies that hinder basic banking transactions. Attempting to deposit cash at a Wells Fargo branch feels like stepping into a time warp, where progress and modernity are left at the door. It is inconceivable that a financial institution of this magnitude would deny customers the ability to deposit their hard-earned cash, a fundamental aspect of banking. The lack of cash deposit options not only inconveniences customers but also raises serious concerns about the bank's commitment to serving the needs of its clientele. It is as if Wells Fargo has forgotten that cash is still a widely used form of currency, and that many individuals rely on it for various reasons, be it personal preference or necessity. Furthermore, the absence of cash deposit services sends a clear message to customers: Wells Fargo is more interested in cutting costs and maximizing profits than in providing a comprehensive and customer-centric banking experience. It is disheartening to witness a financial institution prioritize its own convenience over the needs and preferences of its loyal patrons. The refusal to accept cash deposits also raises questions about the bank's commitment to inclusivity. Not everyone has access to digital banking or feels comfortable relying solely on electronic transactions. By denying cash deposits, Wells Fargo effectively alienates a significant portion of its customer base, leaving them feeling marginalized and overlooked. It is worth noting that other banks have managed to strike a balance between embracing digital advancements while still accommodating customers who prefer cash transactions. Wells Fargo's stubborn refusal to adapt to the changing needs of its clientele is not only frustrating but also indicative of a larger problem within the organization. In conclusion, Wells Fargo's decision to disallow cash deposits is a disservice to its customers. It reflects a lack of understanding, empathy, and adaptability in an ever-evolving banking landscape. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend Wells Fargo to anyone seeking a bank that values customer convenience and satisfaction.

The banker in the last cubicle, he wasn't conducting any business with customers. He brings his friends into his cubicle, and talks to them about everything, but banking. I had to wait over an hour to get help. The other two bankers, the lady and the guy in the middle cubical were doing there job, helping with banking, the last guy, isn't interested in helping anyone. He's another one that doesn't want to work. I won't come back to this bank, iunless i I need anything other then to get cash or a deposit.

This is my 4th time coming and they always come out with something. They didn't change a check for me because I don't have the amount I want to change. I have been a Wellsfargo customer since 2008 and this bank in particular always has something going on, plus the lines are huge and they only have one teller... don't waste your time here.

Terrible customer service, I had an appointment and waiting over an hour while one went on lunch and the rude lady told me I could leave and go to another bank. Other customers left for the same reason. Worst treatment ever experienced in a bank.
